Return Policies

All sales made through our website, Instagram, and Venue Pop Ups are final sale. When making your purchase at pop ups, please make sure to inspect the product you are purchasing. Due to our extensive inspection process and transparency throughout your experience, any sales made from our Instagram account are subject to final sale policy. We provide in hand pictures of any products upon request. Our goal is to make sure you are aware of any product flaws we discover before purchase. All products sold are 100% authentic. If you have any problems with any of our products please let us know in person or by email. 

 

Pre Order Deposits

 

Any pre-orders made will be subject to a deposit of at least (but not limited to) 20% of the total amount of full preorder. Once we’ve secured your product, you will be notified via original method of contact. Full remaining balance is due upon exchange of product, or prior to shipping to you. The product will go up for sale and your deposit is forfeited if you haven’t paid full remaining balance within 7 days of us receiving your product. We offer an extension process for your benefit as follows: 20% of current remaining balance can be paid to extend another full 7 days.

In the event that we are unable to secure your product, a full refund will be issued via original payment method. A full refund will only be permitted if we are unable to secure the product.

 

F.A.Q.

Are we allowed to try on your products?
Answer: We do not allow our customers to try on our products to ensure our products remain deadstock (unused and unworn). 

Can we meet locally?

Answer: Yes we do arrange local meet ups only if you are in the Houston area.

Do you buy or accept trades? 

Answer: Any buying or trades must be done in person at one of our Pop Ups or through DMing us what product you are wanting to sell/trade.
